Bourbonshire Beef tenderloin

Marinade beef tenderloin overnight in Bourbonshire to prepare for smoker. Cook at 225 degrees to reach internal temperature of 145 degrees usually 1-2 hours for your preference. Prepare to roast in the oven, sliced quartered, golden potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, add pepper and salt to taste and roast in oven covered at 350 degre

Recipe

Marinade beef tenderloin overnight in Bourbonshire to prepare for smoker. Cook at 225 degrees to reach internal temperature of 145 degrees usually 1-2 hours for your preference. Prepare to roast in the oven, sliced quartered, golden potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, add pepper and salt to taste and roast in oven covered at 350 degrees for 3 hours. After 3 hours, remove cover and sprinkle cheddar cheese and chives and cook for 5 more minutes to melt the cheese. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.  Steam asparagus on stove, sprinkle with salt and some lemon juice.


Ingredients

2 Lbs Beef Tenderloin

5 Tablespoons Bourbonshire or More 2 Lbs Golden Potatoes

4 Tblspn Olive Oil

Pepper

Salt

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Green chive onions

1 Lb Asparagus
