Bourbonshire Beef Stew with Vegetables

Recipe

Coat Beef Cubes with mixture of garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Refrigerator for 30 minutes. Sauté seasoned beef cubes in olive oil until golden brown. Add onions and stir until golden brown. Add carrots and celery, potatoes and garlic and sauté until slightly soft. Add beef broth, Bourbonshire and allow to simmer on low fo

Stir regularly. Taste for flavor and add salt and pepper for added flavor. 


Ingredients

1 lb Cubed Beef

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano

2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder

1 Tablespoon Black Ground Pepper

1 Tablespoon Ground Salt

2 1 Large White Onion

2 Large carrots Diced

1 Stalk Celery Diced

4 Large Potatoes

6 Cloves minced Fresh Garlic

5 cups Beef Broth

4 Tablespoons Bourbonshire

Salt and Pepper
