The night before a BarBQ, coat and rub brisket thoroughly with Bourbonshire on both sides of brisket. Add BarBQ dry seasonings of choice to both sides and rub into Bourbonshire. Let marinade overnight before BarBQ. Smoke at 225 degrees in hickory wood. Pull and wrap brisket at 130 degrees and put back on smoker. Cook until 200 degre
