Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes so they do not burn on grill. Slide chicken onto skewers and drizzle with olive oil so that they sweres do not stick to the grill. Grill for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees to cook to your personal preference or cook more for more blackened or extra grilled. Add any side dishes to pair such as roasted, grilled potatoes and grilled vegetables.
