Filet Mignon

Salt and Pepper

Mushrooms

Garlic

Heavy Cream

Bourbonshire

Avocado Oil

Butter

Directions

Season fillet with salt and pepper. Sear fillet in avocado oil to desired temperature. Remove fillet, plate individually or on platter. In the same pan saute' sliced mushrooms and

butter, garlic Bourbonshire and cream. Salt and Pepper to taste. Laddle mushroom sauce on top of fillet.
