Bourbonshire mushroon gravy

Recipe

Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil until soft. Move to a dish on the side. In the same pan, make a rue with butter and flour and mix until light golden brown and crumbly. Add milk and mix and simmer until coats spoon. Add Beef Broth and salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic powder to taste. Add cooked mushrooms and Bourbonshire to broth

Recipe

Add cooked mushrooms and Bourbonshire to broth mixture and simmer for 8 minutes until ingredients are blended and gravy is thick and delicious. Season as preferred.


Ingredients

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

1 package Mushrooms -Button

2 Teaspoons Butter

1/4 Cup Flour

3 Cups Milk

2 Cups Beef Broth 

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne

2 Tablespoons Bourbonshire
